Bliss here!! So today I made chocolate cupcakes,using a recipe I found online. Most delicious cupcakes ever!! The batter made 12 cupcakes using a 1/4 cup in each! But I will savor every single cupcake to the end! Here is a little secret, when making chocolate cake use coffee with your milk you add to the batter. I promise you will see a difference! The funny thing about baking is everyone has there own way. My way is with music so loud my neighbors can hear while I sing at the top of my lungs! Some are completely silent! If you know me, silent doesn't happen much! It's so great how relaxed you can feel after you get done baking! When I bake everything seems to disappear. All the worries and pains of the day! I hope that everyone is having a good day and I hope that you will all be safe with this storm coming in!

The Days of Baking

Our names are Beth and Bliss. We have been baking cakes and other goodies for about 3 years now! We are going to start baking more in hopes that one day we will have a bakery of our own! Hopefully everything will be able to work out the way we have it planned! We have started a project that we will each bake one new item once a week or every two weeks. With some of our favorites thrown in the mix. We are about to take a trip into something that one day we are wanting to make our masterpiece. We have found that after a hard day, where nothing turned out right coming home and making homemade cookies can make everything, not just a little bit better but change your whole day! Hopefully this will be able to help your day as well!
