Bliss here!! So today I made chocolate cupcakes,using a recipe I found online. Most delicious cupcakes ever!! The batter made 12 cupcakes using a 1/4 cup in each! But I will savor every single cupcake to the end! Here is a little secret, when making chocolate cake use coffee with your milk you add to the batter. I promise you will see a difference! The funny thing about baking is everyone has there own way. My way is with music so loud my neighbors can hear while I sing at the top of my lungs! Some are completely silent! If you know me, silent doesn't happen much! It's so great how relaxed you can feel after you get done baking! When I bake everything seems to disappear. All the worries and pains of the day!
